SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

FORÊT NOIRE CAFÉ ships items throughout CANADA using a third-party shipping carrier. Most deliveries are sent using overnight or two-day services with product-specific shipping solutions, to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during transit.

Orders ship Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays. We recommend placing your order in advance of the desired ship date to avoid potential delays and daily cut-off times. Arrival times are not guaranteed. Shipping is subject to carrier operations and weather conditions. We are unable to ship orders on weekends.

LOCAL COURIER
Orders were sent throughout Vancouver BC. the area may be delivered using local courier services. Please contact our Sales Department at sales@foretnoirepatisserie.com or 236.521.3640 ext. (2) directly for more information, and price quotes, or to place an order for local courier delivery.

IN-STORE PICKUP
Orders may be picked up at FORÊT NOIRE CAFÉ at 236 West Broadway, Vancouver BC V5Y 1P6. To arrange an order for pickup, please contact our Sales Department at sales@foretnoirepatisserie.com 236.521.3640 ext. (2)

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within Canada. Shipping carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. FORÊT NOIRE CAFÉ is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses, will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/ or relabelling on behalf of the shipping carrier. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries, in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. Shipping carriers may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.

RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, FORÊT NOIRE CAFÉ does not accept returns. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Sales Department sales@foretnoirepatisserie.com and we will make every effort to ensure your experience with FORÊT NOIRE CAFÉ is a pleasant one.

ONLINE ORDERS

The order takes place in 4 steps:
1. Create an account or identify yourself using your e-mail address and your password in order to access your personalized account.
2. Fill in the delivery information fields: name and address of the recipient(s), and choice of delivery method.
3. Fill in the payment information.
4. Check your order and validate it.

At the end of the order, you will receive an order confirmation letter which will allow you to identify yourself to our Customer Service in the event of a request. If, however, we do not receive a confirmation, check your spam folder, check that the status of your order is “being processed”, and check that the email address of your account does not contain an error.

ONLINE ORDERS

During occasional events, FORÊT NOIRE CAFÉ sends its customers by Newsletter the terms and conditions of the available advantage codes. These are generally subject to a condition of purchase of a particular product or an order threshold and are only valid on certain delivery methods. They must be entered in the basket field provided for this purpose.

CANCEL OR MODIFY THE ORDER

A preparation time for your order of forty-eight (48) working hours (excluding public holidays and Sundays) is necessary, no modification of your order can be taken into account if it occurs less than two (2) working days before the originally scheduled delivery date. Similarly, any order cancellation can only be effective if it is made no later than two (2) working days before the scheduled delivery date. If the conditions are met, we invite you to quickly contact our Customer Service at 236.521.3640

CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED

If you wish to change the address or the day of delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Service at 236.521.3640 or by sending a message to our Orders Department at orders@foretnoirepatisserie.com at the latest. two (2) business days before the originally scheduled delivery date.

If your order has already been dispatched, our Customer Service will endeavor to make a request to our delivery service. We are not held responsible if the deposit is not taken into account by our delivery service.

ALLERGY INFO

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless from allergic reactions. DO NOT request allergy information via phone from our Team Members, please always referred to our website and if you still have more inquiries or concerns contact our Guest Service at guestservice@foretnoirepatisserie.com

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Orders may not be canceled within 24 hours of the ship or pick-up date.  For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Sales Department at sales@foretnoirepatisserie.com 236.521.3640 ext. (2) immediately. Such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule. The refund policy is only via e-transfer method, refund required 24 hours to take place. The refund fee is $1.50 per transaction if the refund is requested by the customer for personal reasons.
